Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DualCamera mobile application (the "App") provided by Super Team ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

DualCamera lets you capture photos and videos using front and back cameras simultaneously, with picture-in-picture or split layouts. Features may evolve over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to use the App in your jurisdiction. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. License and Acceptable Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.

  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
  • Do not misuse the App in a way that interferes with its normal operation or violates laws.
  • Do not use the App to capture or share content that infringes on others' rights.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of photos and videos you create with the App. You are responsible for the content you capture and share. We do not claim ownership of your media.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

  • Payments and subscriptions are processed through Google Play, and their terms apply.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your Google Play account settings.
  • Prices and offers may vary by region and are shown in the App at the time of purchase.
  • Refunds are handled by Google Play under their policies.
  • You can restore eligible purchases using the App's restore feature.

6. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services such as RevenueCat, Google Play, and Firebase. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their respective services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Super Team is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and post the revised Terms.
